Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement

Scientific Research Information follows the code of conduct guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We have a zero-tolerance policy for malpractice.

Duties of Editors
  • Fair Play: Editors evaluate manuscripts for intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, or citizenship of the authors.
  • Confidentiality: The editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author and reviewers.
  • Decision Making: The Editor-in-Chief has the final authority to accept or reject a manuscript based on the reviewers' comments.
Duties of Authors
  • Reporting Standards: Authors must present an accurate account of the work performed and an objective discussion of its significance.
  • Originality: Plagiarism in any form constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
  • Multiple Publication: Authors should not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently.
Duties of Reviewers
  • Promptness: Any selected referee who feels unqualified to review the research must notify the editor and excuse themselves.
  • Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate.
