- Decision Making: The Editor-in-Chief has the final authority to accept or reject a manuscript based on the reviewers' comments.
Duties of Authors
- Reporting Standards: Authors must present an accurate account of the work performed and an objective discussion of its significance.
- Originality: Plagiarism in any form constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
- Multiple Publication: Authors should not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently.
Duties of Reviewers
- Promptness: Any selected referee who feels unqualified to review the research must notify the editor and excuse themselves.
- Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate.
