Please read these terms carefully before using Scientific Research Information.

By accessing or using the Scientific Research Information website, submission portal, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Scientific Research Information reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. User Accounts & Security
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Using false academic credentials or impersonating others is a violation of these terms and may result in a permanent ban.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- Responsibility: You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Journal Content
The design, logo, code, and architecture of the Scientific Research Information portal are owned by Scientific Research Information and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
B. User-Submitted Content (Open Access)
We operate under a Diamond Open Access model. By submitting an article, authors grant Scientific Research Information a non-exclusive license to publish the work.
- Ownership: Authors retain the copyright of their work.
- Licensing: Published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This allows others to share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided the original author is credited.
4. Submission, Plagiarism & AI Policy
By submitting a manuscript, you warrant that:
- The work is original and has not been published elsewhere.
- You have obtained necessary permissions for any third-party images or data used.
- All listed co-authors have approved the submission.
We employ automated plagiarism detection (Turnitin/iThenticate).
- Manuscripts with >20% overall similarity will be rejected.
- Manuscripts with >5% similarity from a single source will be rejected.
- AI Generated Content: The use of AI (ChatGPT, LLMs) to generate the core text or data of a manuscript is strictly prohibited. Detected AI content (0% tolerance) will result in immediate rejection and a potential ban from future submissions.
5. Peer Review Conduct
For Reviewers: You agree to treat manuscripts as confidential documents. You must not use data from a manuscript for your own research before it is published. You agree to declare any conflict of interest.
For Authors: You agree not to contact reviewers directly to influence the process. Any attempt to bribe, threaten, or coerce editors or reviewers will result in immediate retraction of your work.
6. Disclaimers & Non-Responsibility
The Service and all content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind.
- Content Accuracy: The opinions, findings, and conclusions expressed in the published articles are strictly those of the individual authors. Scientific Research Information, the Editors-in-Chief, the Editorial Board, and the Website Administrators accept no responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content.
- No Endorsement: Publication of an article does not constitute an endorsement of the methods, results, or conclusions by the Journal or its staff.
- Harm & Damages: We are not liable for any damages (physical, financial, or reputational) resulting from the use, misuse, or reliance on information published on this portal.
7. Limitation of Liability
Please read this section carefully.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, in no event shall Scientific Research Information, nor its Directors, Administrators, Editors, Reviewers, Employees, Partners, Agents, Suppliers, or Affiliates, be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
- Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our Service.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Journal and its Staff from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your violation of any third-party rights (including Copyright).
7. Indemnification (Liability Protection)
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scientific Research Information, its editors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service.
- Your violation of any term of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
- Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.
This implies that if you plagiarize and we get sued, you are legally responsible for paying our legal fees.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions regarding ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability shall survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
